Print-Friendly Call Transcription Download

New Option: Added a “Download Transcription” icon next to“Download Audio.” Print-Friendly View: Opens the browser’s print dialog with dealer/header details and a clean conversation view.

Permissions: Requires the Can print call details permission(superusers bypass this requirement).

Lead Tracker is now AI-enabled, expanding AI adoption across products.

Applicable Packages: Lead Tracker calls will be transcribed and as an outbound product and standard Outbound Sales and Outbound Aftersales packages are applicable for this product.

Configurable Options: Clients can enable or disable AI at the product level (all Lead Tracker numbers enabled or all disabled).Selection at an individual tracking number is not supported.

No Partner DataEvents: As per standard offering DataEvents will not be sent to partners for this product (similar to Call Tracker)
