Here’s how it works:
Click-to-Call API
If you are a CRM implementer or own a Lead Management System, you can offer your clients the ability to click-to-call from any customer record and make the call from their own phones. There are no softphones required. The resulting calls are recorded and the call data record and recording will be returned to your platform and appended to the applicable client record thus enabling you to provide complete visibility of all client interactions.
Website lead management
Scenario: If you are managing leads from your customers’ websites you can now automate the lead follow-up process.

A website visitor submits their contact information to find out more about one of your client’s products or services.

The submitted information is automatically sent to the Logimeter API, where it is converted into voice. The Logimeter platform then calls all of the client’s sales team and fastest to answer gets the call.

Once they’ve answered, they are read the nature of the enquiry and the enquirers name before simply pressing 1 to connect to them. The resulting call is recorded.

Scenario: One of your client’s salespeople has a call with a customer tasked in their CRM platform.

At the arranged time, a call is made to the Logimeter API, which then contacts the salesperson to inform them of the call.

All they then need to do is press 1 to make the connection. No looking up a number or dialling manually.

At the end of the call, a call record and audio recording are posted back to your client within your CRM platform.

“Free Call” website functionality
Scenario: A visitor to your client’s website clicks on a “Free Call” link.

They are taken to a page where they enter their name, contact details and any information related to their enquiry and click submit.

A call is automatically made to the Logimeter API, where this information is converted into voice and then calls your client’s designated salesperson or sales team.

Once they’ve answered, they listen to the caller’s details before simply pressing 1 to connect to them.
