Create an advert

Steps:

  1. Select Advert Tracking in the left hand panel
  2. Select the ( + ) button in the middle panel (to the left of the search bar)
  3. Complete the fields in the right hand panel
  4. Go to the right hand column and edit the advert details
  5. Select the save button

Generate a report containing only specific calls

This is handy if you want to generate a very specific report, for instance only after hours calls, or calls from first time callers only.

Steps:

  1. Select Call Tracking in the left hand panel
  2. Select the Advanced Search button
  3. Select your filters of choice
  4. Click on the Search button
  5. Select Search
