A Prospect visits your website, finds a product/service they like and submits their contact information. A call is made to the Logimeter API where selected product and contact information is converted into voice and the assigned Sales Representative is called. When they answer, they are read the details and invited to speak to the Prospect by pressing 1 on their dial pad. When 1 is pressed, the Prospect is auto called and the two parties are connected. On average, the end-to-end process takes 45 seconds.

managing scheduled calls in your crm platform

A specific User has a call to a specific Customer scheduled in your CRM platform. At the scheduled time, a call is made to the Logimeter API and the User is called and read a message advising them they have a call scheduled with a specific Customer and invited to press 1 on their dial pad to make the call. When 1 is pressed, the Customer is called and the two parties are connected. When the call concludes, the call record along with a link to the call audio is posted back to the applicable client entity within the CRM platform.

A User logs into your CRM platform, goes to a specific client record and clicks on their telephone number. They are served a message asking which number they would like to be contacted on. They select their preferred number and the User number and Client contact number is sent to the Logimeter API. The User is then called and when they press 1, the Client is called. The call record along with a link to the call audio is posted back to the applicable client entity within the CRM platform.

offering 'free call' functionality on your website

Provide a 'Free Call' Option on your website. Your website visitor clicks on a 'Free Call' link. A page is served where they are invited to enter their contact number, name and any information. A call is made to the Logimeter API, the submitted information and name is converted into voice and the assigned company representative is called. They are invited to speak to the visitor by pressing 1 on their dial pad. When 1 is pressed, the visitor is called and the two parties are connected.
